Are we entering a technological revolution of futurist forecasting aided by artificial intelligence, and an abundance of information, which will better help us make decisions? Not long ago, someone mentioned to me the incredible exhilaration of innovation in the transportation sector and the personal tech sector. Whereas, I do see an incredible amount of forward thinking in the personal tech sector with the iPhone, new tablets, touchpads, e-book readers, 4G wireless smart phones, and human kinetic interfaces, I don’t see the revolution of innovation in the transportation sector.

Perhaps, this is because the consumer is overwhelmingly enthralled with the new personal tech devices available, and since the devices don’t cost that much, everyone is getting one, or perhaps even several, and it’s not just the first adopters, it has totally entered the mainstream now. You don’t have to be a transportation field editor to see that there is some innovation in the transportation sector. And yes the personal tech sector with GPS devices and computer interfaces with hybrid vehicles is interesting. But it’s not really a revolution.

We’ve had bio diesel vehicles since old man Diesel first used peanut oil to run his first vehicle. We’ve had electric cars since the 1900s. And fuel-cell technology dates back to pre-1970. So, I’d say that the transportation sector revolution that some of these Futurists speak of, is slow in coming. And I think America is ready for now. What’s the holdup? Read the rest of this entry »

If you can hook up a computer, do basic things like add hardware and programs, hook up wireless connections and other computer repair and set up items, you could make excellent money with a mobile computer repair business of your own. There are lots of people who basically just use their computer and that’s it. They don’t really understand much more than how to use it. Just like some people with cars, they drive them, and lots of people, don’t know the first thing about working on them. When a new printer, digital camera, picture printer, or some other type of hardware or software that needs to be installed, they have someone else come and do it.

You could remove virus, adware, spyware, and other threats from customers computers. Lots of people buy new computers and hardware on a regular basis, they will always be in demand. Someone that buys a brand new computer and brings it home, sometimes needs help setting it up, and getting it to go on and connect to the Internet. Most of the time, the customer just wants to get on the Internet, that is all they are concerned about most of the time. They don’t care how you do it, just as long as they can connect them online, or fix a bad working computer, or remove any threats they might have, if you can do basic computer functions, you can start your own mobile computer set up and repair business.

The need for mobile computers has been enormous in the past decade. It was a dream nobody thought was possible to happen. People were longing for these advancements for years. When a notebook computer first appeared, it was so pricey that most people were not able to afford it. Only rich people and businessmen working in big corporate bodies were able to do that.

Nowadays, with all the technological advances, not everybody is able to buy himself and even his family member notebook computers. People are able to choose between various brands, that compete to gain the trust of the buyers and try to provide what is the best for the market out there.

Some notebook personal computer manufacturers were able to give the market laptops that are specific for each and every taste. I mean, that all you have to do is look around in a shopping mall or a coffee house and you will be able to find women holding their pink and red computers.
